Meredith accepts Medicare insurance, PPO insurance as an out of network provider, and private pay. Meredith accepts credit card, PayPal, Venmo and personal check. Meredith will work with you to establish billing and reimbursement through your PPO provider.

Meredith has a 24 hour cancellation policy for appointments. If you must cancel your appointment please contact Meredith as soon as possible to reschedule. Late cancellations will incur a fee.
