Psychotherapy and case management for adults specializing in illness, aging and life transitions

WELCOME.
If you’ve found your way here, something in your life may be asking for attention, care, or change. I invite you to pause, take a deep breath, and allow yourself a moment of gratitude for tending to your mental health. Simply acknowledging everything you’re coping with and reaching out is a meaningful first step.
You might be learning about a new diagnosis, working through complex medical information and treatment decisions, or feeling stretched thin balancing appointments, insurance calls, and the demands of daily life. You may be a caregiver, holding so much for someone you love while trying not to lose yourself in the process. Or perhaps you’re moving through transitions tied to aging, identity, or changing roles, and nothing feels as steady as it once was. If you’re a senior, these changes can include adjustments in independence, health, or social connections, which can often feel difficult and overwhelming.
You may be grieving the loss of a loved one, changes in your health, or a gradual shifting of the life you once knew. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to carry it alone and I’m here to help you.
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens in a space where you feel safe, understood, and truly seen. I have particular experience supporting individuals and families impacted by health challenges, grief, and the unique complexities that come with aging. I can help you process the impact of a new diagnosis, manage medical uncertainty, and find balance as you adapt to new circumstances. I also understand how caregiving can be both deeply meaningful and profoundly exhausting, and how important it is to have a place where your experience is recognized and centered.
Together, we’ll slow things down, make room for what’s hard, and gently explore what healing, resilience, and growth can look like in your life.
If this resonates, I invite you to reach out through my contact page. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can talk a learn a little bit about each other. Many people start with a few sessions before deciding if it’s a good fit.
I look forward to getting to know you and walking alongside you through whatever you’re facing.
